Description
High accuracy plate shearing machine is mainly used for straight cut of sheet metal, metal materials (They should be mild steel with the ultimate tensile strength less than 450N/mm2), and non-metallic materials including rubber, plastic, etc. The temperature of hot shear plate is less than 50℃. This high precision plate shearer shears only for one time at full load. If it shears sheet metal with a higher ultimate tensile strength, the shearing thickness should be largely reduced. This plate shearing machine is quite suitable for general machinery, electrical industry, electronics, automobile, light industry and other industries.
Main Features of High Precision Plate Shearer
1. This equipment has whole steel welded frame. It is of compact structure, light weight and good rigidity.
2. The high accuracy plate shearing machine adopts completely separate enclosed gear box, directly mounted on the main axle.
3. This plate shearer does not have a clutch and flywheel. It adopts electromagnetic brake motor to drive shearing, reduces the empty running time of motor and save energy.
4. The upper blade adopts jacking screw adjustment, reducing the notches burrs to the lowest degree.
5. Our plate shearing machines are featured with good gear lubrication, low noise and long service life.
6. Pressing device of this plate shearer adopts belleville spring, pressure plate, presser foot and non-slip mat with high pressure force. It will not damage the surface of sheets.
